We are located 8 kms from Gubbio, on an estate with 100 hectares of land where bovine animals and pastoral horses are raised, part of a protected oasis dedicated to the repopulation of wild animals: pheasants, hare, squirrels, hedgehogs, wild boar, deer and water fowl that you will be able to encounter along the paths that run through roughly 6kms of the property.

It is an authentic agricultural establishment, with a brook, farmers' quarters, a pond for rod-fishing and for observation of water fowl, paths for trekking or biking and a large swimming pool shaded by an abundance of foliage for relaxation.

From the Farm, you will be able to sample organic vegetables and eggs and, with your catch, marvellous fresh-water fish. Besides this, all year round, you will be able to find the precious root - truffles - which the region of Umbria has celebrated in all ways possible. Hence for lovers of this fragrant subterranean fungi, this is an opportunity to be seized.

The stone-built farmhouse offers spacious apartments with terra-cotta interiors, high ceilings covered with wooden beams and stone walls, and large widows which allow the sun to radiate the subtle colours of the interior.
