Must sees

You must not miss the famous antique fair in Arezzo, which is the most important in Italy. It takes place the first Sunday of every month and the previous Saturday.

In Arezzo we suggest a visit to the church of San Francesco, where you can admire the frescos of the choir of Piero della Francesca, which were fully restored in 1993. For those interested in archaeology there is the Archaeological Museum which has Etruscan, Greek and Roman finds. It is open every day from 8.30 to 10.30. Tel. 0575 20882.

Dining Room
LagoTrasimeno

A trip to Perugia and Trasimeno lake, where by boat you can reach the pretty islands of Maggiore and Polvese, admire the countryside, and also taste the excellent cuisine of the area based on dishes of soft water fish, along with a good umbro wine. Don’t miss the chance to taste these delicious specialities.

The enchanting position of the villa, amongst gently sloping olive groves is ideal for walking and cycling. Linda will be a great help to you by explaining the routes and with detailed maps of the various routes. With Linda you can also get to know about the local craftsman, from cheeesemakers to glass making. All these activities are important to the village and confirm traditions.

Mountain-bikes can be rent at the villa.
