This villa of the Marches is located in the hills
of Pesaro close to the beaches of Fano and Senigallia, an area that
offers the avantages of being in the countryside and being near
the beach. On the coast there are many amusements like excursions
on boats, jazz, blues and opera music.
The entire villa can be rented and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Alternatively it may be divided into two apartments for 8 and 3 respectively. |

On the ground floor has a large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a spacious kitchen that opens onto the garden; two double bedrooms; a one single room with a desk and armchair and a bathroom with shower. The first floor can be accessed by the independent entrance and has two double bedrooms, two sitting rooms, a small kitchen corner, two single rooms in the loft, and two bathrooms. The garden offers shaded furnished areas, an outdoor shower (cold water) and a barbeque. The villa offers satellite TV, fans and there are three refridgerators. |

The ground floor has a spacious fully equipped kitchen which opens out into the garden, a large living area with fireplace, two double bedrooms, one single room, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has one double bedroom, one single bedroom in the loft, a kitchen/living area and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has satellite TV, fans and a shaded furnished area and barbeque in the garden. |

| The
owners of the villa have a restaurant just four kilometres from the
villa with menus of traditional home cooking made from the produce
of their organic farm. Products include cereals, olive oil, honey,
jam wine, peaches, plums, and cherries. During the summer there is
a small store at the farmhouse where you can buy the produce. At the
farm there is a lake for fishing which holds carp, perch, cat fish,
