A beautiful country cottage located at
400m above sea level, that emerges in a provincial territorial park's
wild nature where the ecological balance is observed for the woods
natural cycle as well as for the biological agricultural farming.
Easily achievable the towns of Urbino, Gubbio in an hour
with the car and the Grotte Frasassi.
The cottage dated 1800, restructured recovering all the old house's
materials, offers sojourns in rooms and two-roomed apartments furnished
with excellent style by Gianni and Antonella that live entirely
this house. Every apartment is equipped with an external private
space, collective pool, gazebo and barbecue, all surrounded by a
gorgeous view on the woodlands and the fields.
Inside the house we find a very cozy restaurant, with prestigious
furniture and accessories that make the difference. Two fireplaces
and panoramic glass windows and a living room as much enjoyable
invite to hospitality or to reading. Antonella, the owner, suggests
tasty culinary specialties accompanied by initiatives of live
music and a not less interesting small buffet breakfast.

ACCOMMODATION
Double rooms with stylish furniture, bathroom
with shower and possibility of the addition of one bed. Two-roomed
apartments with double room, kitchen and living room with a bed sofa
for 1 or 2 persons, bathroom with shower Possibility of a second double
room with bathroom.
Classes of natural dyeing are organized
with the availment of spontaneous autochthonous herbs, well being
weeks with oriental treatments such as shiatsu zen and schiatsu
namikosci, furthermore the guests may dedicate themselves to the
naturalistic observation and to excursions, also guided, on foot
and in mountain bikes available in the cottage.
During the excursions on foot we meet roes, porcupines, squirrels,
coquettes, magpies, hawks and many other animals that live in the
valley.
During the hot months the evocative panoramical pool is a place
of pleasantness and relax in comfortable sun cots and beach umbrellas.
For the children is available a playground and an original wood
house made on a secular tree, for adults a ludic room.
For those who want to bring their horse are available equipped spaces
for their ricovery, instead for those who desire to join holidays
with culture, we remember that in Urbania, at 10 km from the cottage,
