The villa is located in the romantic Ligurian countryside of Riviera di Levante, on the top of a hill that overlooks the landscape, among olive and chestnut trees. It was built 100 years ago by an old Genova family that has used the ardersian stone extracted from the hill and has a terrace in front of the villa and has acquired a new life after being carefully renovated saving the beauty and authenticity of the original structure.

It is a charming residence in which six guests can comfortably fit. The rooms, the internal stairs, the floors and the fireplace keep the old charm and they make you think that in this place the time has stopped.

The villa is 180 m² in size and is surrounded by 3500 m² of olive groves, offers to our guests large spaces outdoors with ample facilities (about 1500m²) with an outside jacuzzi (for 4/6 people) and all kinds of comfort.

Access to the second floor is via the garden. This floor is composed of a beautifully furnished lounge with a fireplace, a dining area and living room. Climbing some stairs we enter a light-filled studio - a private corner for those who desire to read or write, with a wrought iron door that leads to the back of the house.

This Villa can be rented with the next door Villa Liguria, for groups up to 14 people. The two villas are divided by an olive grove.
